This is the baby pattern that I have been working on and here [link] is an example of this body type.
This is a modified version the adult pony pattern by used with their permission. You can find the original pattern here [link] and here [link] . Voodoo-Tiki has also written a great tutorial [link] that explains how everything goes together a lot better than I ever could. The proportions are a bit different but the basic shape is the same and it should not be too hard to follow.
Since I had some questions about how to do the darts I've worked up a quick tutorial explaining that a little better here [link]
If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I will be happy to help out any way I can. Any comments or critiques will also be appreciated.
This pattern is free for anyone to use. If you do use it I would love to see what you make ^_^
How big you make the pattern will just depend on how big you want the plush to be. The little Fluttershy I made from this was about 4" tall and was definitely the smallest one I've made yet. The pattern would work for any size though as long as all the pieces are to scale. The height of the body side will be about how tall it will end up.
The way I always do the patterns is to save the pic, zoom in and out until it's about the size I want, tape a piece of paper to my monitor and just lightly trace it off. You can do it in sections if it's too big.
I changed it around a little to try out my first ever plushie!
I see the start of a crazy obsession.

I'd love to see a pic when you finish your plushies.
